Raila Should Confess, Repent, Apologise and Seek Forgiveness!

· Here and there:

· 1) Deputy Prime Minister and Local Government Minister Musalia Mudavadi’s campaign for ODM ticket has angered Raila’s allies who now want him (Mudavadi) to drop his presidential ambitions; the DPM has also baffled Raila and his diehard followers when he demanded, and insisted, that the party’s presidential nomination be done at county level and not National Delegates Conference favoured by supporters of the PM;

· Raila’s cousin MP Jakoyo Midiwo insists that nomination of the party’s presidential candidate will be done at the national delegates conference; he said “the force behind calls to conduct the presidential nomination at the county level, by party delegates, is scheming to short-change Mr. Odinga.”

· Minister William Marete Ntimama continued castigating Mudavadi viciously (Daily Nation, 6th February, 2012): “This is not democracy but hypocrisy, which allowed enemies to enter the party and poke holes in it. We don’t want infighting. The only person who will vie for the presidency in ODM (and get direct nomination) is Raila Amollo Odinga!”

· This Marete fellow is a shameless Kenyan; remember the tribal clashes he personally instigated in Enoosupukia in 1991/1992, leading to the “deaths of many of his Kikuyu/GEMA tribesmen”, whom he had asked to lie low like antelopes/envelopes (whatever!). He should be in jail and not free making nonsensical outbursts!

· 2) International Criminal Court Prosecutor, Luis Moreno-Ocampo, has come under sharp criticism for bias in the manner he handled the Kenya and Cote d’Ivoire cases; the prosecutor has been accused of moving fast to carry out preliminary analysis and investigations while other countries with more severe crimes against humanity are monitored over a long period of time.

· A group of international human rights organisations, under the aegis of International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) said the policy, on investigations need to be reviewed so as to preserve the credibility of the international court.

· FIDH said, in a report released on 3rd February, 2012, inter alia (People, 6th February,2012): “It is also unclear why certain situations have moved particularly fast through this stage (for example Kenya, and the situation in Cote d’Ivoire after the crimes committed following the elections in late 2010), while others remain under monitoring for years…

· Indeed, some examinations “move very quickly” (Kenya), others seem to stagnate for years (Colombia and Afghanistan). It is also unclear why the Office (of the Prosecutor) conducts regular missions to some countries (Guinea) and not to others.”

· FIDH also said the Office of the Prosecutor’s (OTP) policy, to work with a small investigation teams without knowledge on key aspects of crimes, was denting the credibility of evidence adduced.

· 3) Eldoret North MP, William Ruto, has dismissed claims that he had been preaching hate speech since the confirmation of charges, saying the allegations were from people bent on stopping the G7 push for a united front. Ruto added (5th February, 2012): “They fear (us) and are feeling the heat; they have now resulted to using any tactics to defeat the course (which we have set ourselves); and which they will not achieve.”

· 4) Deputy Prime Minister, Uhuru Kenyatta, said no foreigner should dictate to Kenyans (on) who to choose as their leader and that everybody should be left to make their own choices; the DPM maintained that leadership should only be achieved through democracy where people are given a free hand to choose their (own) leaders; he said Kenyans should be allowed to pick their leaders freely, including the President, saying democracy will not be achieved by funding non-governmental organisations preaching falsehoods.

· The DPM added (5th February, 2012): “It is unfortunate that I am being blamed for the 2007 chaos and yet I was not a candidate. Those accusing us should ask themselves which was most appropriate, when I was in the race or when I was not. Those who incited Kenyans are known; Kenyans themselves know them well. Kenyans know the truth about who did what, where and why.”

· 5) The PM met some fellows at a Nairobi hotel, calling themselves Kikuyus for Change/Change Associates, led by conman Ngunjiri Wambugu; the media tell lies every time they refer to such “a bunch of political urchins as leaders from the Kikuyu community”; Raila himself should/must know that those are not leaders but political thugs.

· So, when he tells Kenyans that “every time the Luos come together with the Kikuyu, they win”, giving a few examples, what does he think the Luhyas, et cetera, are thinking; what does he think Mudavadi is thinking and/or all those he has told that Kenyatta, Ruto and Kalonzo want to form KKK to isolate other communities;

· Is he not doing worse trying to bring only the Luo and the Kikuyu (LK or KL?) together for his own tribal calculations, his own political expediency; is this not a worse form of negative ethnicity than the KKK he keeps talking about; and whom does he think he is fooling, anyway?

· Ngunjiri Wambugu and all his group, and allies, will never get him (Raila) more than one thousand votes in the whole of Central Kenya, (leave alone in Tetu where he comes from!). The PM has become completely desperate.

· Most interesting of all, however, has been his strange outbursts that he will not revenge against the Kikuyu/GEMA. But the mega question is “what have the Kikuyu/GEMA communities done, to him, for him to even find the guts to state thus? Who has wronged who here, good people? What have the Mt. Kenya communities done to him? Who has incited hatred against the other? What politics has he played, against the GEMA communities, since 2005?

· What did he preach in his presidential campaigns, in 2007? Who plotted, preached, mobilised, and proclaimed a satanic murderous negative ethnicity strategy of 41 against 1? What were the aims, goals, objectives, the expected results of that strategy?

· Was the general strategy (in the short, medium and long term?), geared towards correcting what Raila called/calls historical advantages and injustices; towards diluting and dislocating the historical, practical/physical, et cetera, contribution of the Kikuyu/GEMA people in the struggle for freedom, independence, liberation and dignity of this country;

· Or was the strategy crafted to discriminate, demonise, dehumanise, disintegrate, isolate, criminalise, humiliate, ridicule, and destroy the self-esteem of the Kikuyu/GEMA people? Raila should not try to be clever by half assuming, as he always does, that his Kikuyu/GEMA targets are amnesiac fools.

· Like Charles Taylor, though a tad more discreet, at least for now – though his body language tells a different story altogether – he is telling the gallant people of GEMA, in a thinly veiled threat (laden with meaningless sweeteners!): vote for me or you will be in more trouble come 2012! Taylor did that with Liberians, in 1989. Hitler used a similar strategy against the Jews: making them feel like they had committed non-existent or fictitious crimes against the Germans. It is called psychological disarmament!

· Let him first own up to his sins (both of commission and omission!), as a first serious step: let him confess to the Kikuyu/GEMA; let him repent to the Kikuyu/GEMA; let him apologise to the Kikuyu/GEMA; let him seek forgiveness from the Kikuyu/GEMA; let him thereafter be penalised according to the traditions, customs and culture of the Kikuyu/GEMA;

· Let him be taken through the appropriate (stringent) rituals and/or cleansing ceremonies like used to happen with common criminals, amongst the Kikuyu/GEMA communities; and the earlier he considers doing this the better because there could be some sanctions barring him from any Kikuyu/GEMA votes, which could be up to two and a half years! This would mean he could (only) be considered for Kikuyu/GEMA votes in 2017!

· What Raila did in 2007/2008 is despicable, ungodly and thoroughly satanic! By refusing to concede; refusing to petition at the High Court; by alleging, systematically and provocatively, that President Kibaki had rigged the elections; by calling for violent demonstrations and (by) swearing to make Kenya ungovernable, Raila directed his reckless supporters “to take all the necessary action to force Kibaki to concede!”

· His strategy of incitement and pathological hatred, against the Kikuyu/GEMA, led to displacements, IDPs, rapes, injuries, miseries, unemployment, abject poverty, deaths, et cetera. The HAKI YETU ideology gave birth to a dangerous culture of laziness, hooliganism, tasteless arrogance and an unbridled thirst for (free) Kikuyu/GEMA properties.

· The historical injustices talk was taken to mean that the Kikuyu/GEMA communities had grabbed public properties. This, in turn, led to his supporters illegally occupying properties owned by the Kikuyu/GEMA people without paying any rent in Kibera, Mlango Kubwa, Mathare North, Korogocho, Kariobangi,Huruma, Dandora, et cetera; his Luo people still live in those houses, under his watch!

· He actually asked them to occupy the said houses, in the first place, and not to move out at all. An example of those whose properties were occupied is Mama Gathia or Irungu, who lost 24 units in Gatwikira, in Kibera! So, what would happen if Raila became the 4th President of the Republic of Kenya? Just imagine; just think about such a scenario. It would surely be horrific!

· 6) The ODM-KPU party and its leadership’s work 24/7, is to engage in petty, empty, useless, meaningless, diversionary, retrogressive, primitive, nonsensical, populist, and dangerous negative ethnicity politics! Kenyans must be told the truth of the matter; Kenyans must also be made aware of the dangers inherent in this tribal outfit; and why they should keep away from the ODM-KPU party and its leadership. Everything is in black and white. Alluta Continua.
